The Chalet Irmi
Out of love for the craft, the father of the Niederklapfer family built the present chalet. In the second generation, the wooden house is one of the family’s great treasures.
The House

The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and a separate toilet. The time together in the evening is best spent on the large terrace or enjoy the sun's rays on the balcony. For cold evenings, the tiled stove in the living area invites you to linger. For entertaining evenings Netflix is available to our guests free of charge.

The location
In a quiet neighborhood, the vacation home looks into the beautiful Zillertal. Surrounded by numerous mountain peaks and nature, the house is suitable for romantic evenings for couples, adventurous families and also for small groups who want to discover the challenge in the local mountain routes for themselves.
The activities
Hiking
For the soul and for the body – hiking. There is probably no sport that combines so much experience and relaxation. Numerous hiking trails are waiting to be discovered and hiked. Feel free to ask the host for the best summit tips in Tyrol.
Biking
Whether by road bike or mountain bike, here you will find the suitable routes. In the valley there is a 31 kilometer long bike path. If you prefer to pedal a few meters of altitude into your legs, you can approach numerous hosted alpine pastures by mountain bike. On a road bike, for example, you can experience a dreamlike panorama on the Zillertaler Höhenstraße.
Trailrunning
Whether short and crisp, pleasure run or ultra distances, the Zillertal offers the trail run heart everything it could wish for. Not for nothing do many top athletes come from this part of Tyrol.

Die Olpererhütte
The probably most famous bridge next to the Olpererhütte in the Zillertal is of course also accessible from our chalet.
Spieljoch & Hochzillertal
From the neighboring village of Fügen you can reach the most beautiful hiking areas by cable car.
Achensee
The largest lake in Tyrol at 939m above sea level is only about 30 minutes drive from the Charlet.

Via the Brettfalltunnel, which is located after the exit “Zillertal” of the A12, you reach the idyllic valley. At the north exit “Fügen” turn right into the village and follow the road to the center. There you can turn off to “Hart”. Follow the road until you reach the crossroads in front of the church. Turn right here. After a few meters you will find a playground on the left side. Here you turn into the right side street. After about 400 meters you will reach the destination on the left side of the road. How and when is the chalet bookable?
The chalet is bookable throughout the season only Saturday arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights.
How many people have room?
The chalet can accommodate 6 adults. In addition, a crib can be provided.
Where can I deposit my ski equipment?
For the ski equipment we provide a separate locker at the storage place.
Are dish towels and bed linen available in the chalet?
Dish towels and bed linen are included in the price.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed without exception.
Is there a parking lot?
A covered parking space is included. Another parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of the chalet.
Are towels provided in the chalet?
We provide our guests with one towel and one bath towel per person per week free of charge.
Is there wifi in the chalet?
Of course, we provide our guests with WLAN access free of charge.
